Annie Wood, Executive Chef Annie was previously the Executive Chef of the Essanay café and has spent the last three years traveling the world with her job at Delta Airlines. She graduated from the Santa Barbara Culinary program at SBCC and has worked in kitchens since she was 16.
Margo Cristein, General Manager Margo is a San Francisco native and foodie. She has developed her keen sense of artistic food knowledge by participating in the food world that San Francisco has to offer. Margo has traveled extensively throughout many continents and is currently a member of Local 104 sheet metal workers.
Annie and Margo have been friends and coworkers for well over 25 years
