Annie Wood, Proprietor Annie was previously the Executive Chef of the Essanay Café and has spent the last three years traveling the world with her job at Delta Airlines. She graduated from the Santa Barbara Culinary program at SBCC and has worked in kitchens since she was 16.
Margo Cristein, Proprietor Margo is a San Francisco native and foodie. She has developed her keen sense of artistic food knowledge by participating in the food world that San Francisco has to offer. Margo has traveled extensively throughout many continents and is currently a member of Local 104 sheet metal workers.
Nicholas Cash,General Manager An unwavering passion for service and a strong desire to always perfect a guests experience are trademarks of Nicholas Cash. Working within The Vine family for the past year, Nicholas has honed his knowledge of local wines, beers and food. His experience comes from over 10 years of restaurant management in London and California.
Michael Nguyen, Executive Chef has created a menu of ”New American” cuisine to accompany The Vines dynamic wine, beer and sake/soju cocktail menu. Michael’s utilization of local produce, sustainable meats and local merchants complete the menu. Chef Nguyen attended culinary school at the Art Institute of California-Silicon Valley. Chef Nguyen recognizes that today’s diners expect more than great food. “Presentation and flavor are obviously essential to a fine meal but a truly memorable dining experience includes a thoughtful wine list, great ambience and warm, friendly service.
