THE VINE CATERING
[ availability ]
The Vine is available for private dinners, lunches and standing receptions on our Patio or Main Dining Room on Sunday evenings from 5pm – 10pm
and weekday lunches from 11am – 3pm.
[ pricing ]
The Vine minimum for a Sunday evening event is $3000 on either Patio or Dining room. For week day lunches the minimum event price is $1800. From these price minimums you can create a custom package that fits your receptions needs.
[ timing ]
The Vine restaurant rental available from the hours of 5pm – 10pm on Sunday evenings
and 11am – 3pm weekday lunches. Due to residence noise ordinances we must
shut off amplified music by 9:30 pm every evening.
[ deposits ]
An initial deposit of 50% of the final total costs is required to contract the vine for your event. Upon cancellation of the caterer’s services within two weeks of the planned event date, a full refund of the deposit will be supplied. If the caterer’s services are cancelled within 13 days of the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancellation notice is given less than 5 days before the event, no refund of the deposit will be supplied.
[ decorating ]
The Vine offers simple table decorations that include red linen napkins and candles. Guests are encouraged to decorate according to their parties needs and may start decorating the patio as early as 4pm on the date of the event. All decorations must be cleared by 10:30 pm on the night of the event or shall be subject to an extra cleaning charge. Sorry, no confetti is allowed.

throughout your event. Minimum of twenty-five people per plater.
